We offer two plans. The Economy Plan requires full payment at the time of contract. The Standard Plan requires one-half of the fee paid at the time of contract, and the balance at the time of submission of the application documents. Please read the notes carefully.

Economy Plan (Document Check Service)

Company employees (salaried): 80,000 yen (excluding tax)

Business owners and executives (business income earners): 90,000 yen (excluding tax)

Each additional family member: 40,000 yen (excluding tax)

This plan is for those who want to keep costs as low as possible.

We will provide you with a list of required documents.

We will check the documents you have drafted and offer you advice.

Gathering necessary documents.

Drafting a complete set of application documents.

Standard Plan (Preparation of complete set of documents)　　　　　

190,000 yen (excluding tax) for Company employees (salaried)

220,000 yen (excluding tax) for business owners and executives　　

  50,000 yen (excluding tax) for each additional family member

・Service Contents

Provision of a list of required documents .  

Clients need only gather the necessary official documents and send them to our office at that time.

・What you are responsible for on your own

Prepare Japanese translations of the documents in your country of origin.

Send the collected official documents to our office by mail.

Optional Services

Accompanying a client to the Legal Affairs Bureau:  10,000 yen per trip (excluding tax)(/one time)

Notes

The above prices do not include taxes. Consumption tax will be charged separately.

Transportation to and from the meeting is free of charge in the eastern part of Shizuoka Prefecture. Clients outside of the eastern part of Shizuoka Prefecture will be charged for the actual cost of transportation.
