There is no consultation fee, so please feel free to contact us.
For clients in the eastern part of Shizuoka Prefecture, there is no charge to have us come and see you.
For all other areas, consideration must be given toward fees payable to recover business travel costs.

We will refund any service fees in the event that your application is not approved.
Prior to a resubmission, please let us discuss any reasons provided to us for the denial of the initial application.
Please pay the fee in full at the time of your request. Once your payment is confirmed, we will start working on your request.
Our philosophy is to provide the thorough attention your individual request deserves. We appreciate your understanding.
We will ask you to provide us with details about your application and any other relevant information, then offer any assistance we can.
The application for renewal can be filed three months prior to your visa expiration date. We recommend you take full advantage of this, as the application process must be submitted prior to the expiration date.

Step 2：Consultation
We invite you to meet us directly if practicable, for a more personalized exchange. However, overseas correspondence can be done via the Internet. Consultation is free, so you need not hesitate.
Step 3：Contract & Payment
We will initiate your application once you have signed an agreement, and we have received your payment in full.
Step 4：Document Preparation
We will prepare pertinent documents for the application.
Step 5：Application Submission to the Regional Immigration Office.
On average, it takes one to three months for the visa acquisition.
